Surbhi Chandna was interacting with NewsHelpline on the sidelines of a social event in Mumbai.
When asked about Salman Khan hosted reality show Bigg Boss 15 and her take on recent elimination of Umar Riaz, actress Surbhi said, “I don’t know about the fairness or unfairness of it, I went there for special task, and they all did well. I have seen Umar’s progress, and I think he should be proud knowing from where he started and where he has come, everyone is talking about him and that is an achievement. And I think better things are lined-up in life for him. It is a game, one will win and other will lose”
“I love watching Bigg Boss, and as an avid watcher, I don’t see a potential winner this season, which is sad thing. I am not able to pin a right kind of winner, so far, but I hope some girl should win the show this time” added Surbhi.
With corona cases on the rise again, things are getting tough to people in entertainment industry, but Surbhi believes things are challenging but not unachievable.
She said, “We cannot stop living, I believe that, but you got to be extremely responsible, and careful. To be honest, we all know these things, we have been taught since childhood, such as washing your hands, keeping clean and sanitizing. So be responsible, follow the guidelines and I think we will be okay”
“Naagin was the first show which went on floors during pandemic, everyone can together as a team in tough times, so, I think it is challenging but it’s not like unachievable” added Surbhi.
Surbhi Chandna is also known for portrayal of Annika Oberoi in Star Plus's Ishqbaaaz, and Dr. Ishani Arora in Sanjivani.
