NewsHelpline was interacting with Singer Jyotic Tangri during her recording session with DJ Sheizwood and MD Desi Rockstar, for a new earthy and peppy track “DJ Baajan De”.
We asked Jyotica about the importance of social media in an artist’s life, she added, “Ever since the lockdown, only through social media we can release music or connect with audience, so social media is important and as artists, we also try to make our presence felt and keep on releasing content. In these current times, I think social media is really important”
The new song, DJ Baajan De is a Haryanvi track infused with rap from MD Desi Rockstar.
Talking about the song, Jyotica said, “I am really proud that we have such a diverse culture, every ten-kilometer language changes, so we have this huge treasure of folk songs and regional songs, I believe that we should be able to tap into that, and if such a flavor is showcased in Bollywood, it will be great. My next song is one such step towards that and I am happy about it”
Jyotica’s latest single, Auntiyaan Dance Karengi is out on Zee Music company, featuring Sunny Leone.
