The resurgence of the pandemic may have stymied ’83’ commercially, although it is still running in theatres across the country, but Sahil Khattar believes that the movie isn’t about box-office.
Interacting with NewsHelpline on the sidelines of recent spotting, Sahil said, “Feels good when the movie finds box-office jump. We have been sitting with the film for almost two years now. The film finally released with great reviews and that matters, sometimes numbers don’t matter”
“I am so happy that everyone loved 83, I am even happier that I am getting noticed. I really hope that everyone should go and watch 83 in cinema halls, and watch it carefully, everyone, especially audience should remain safe. Please, everyone be safe and sound, and whenever things get better, go watch 83” added Sahil.
The makers of the cricket drama ’83’, whose screening schedule got derailed by the Covid-19 surge, are committed not to take the OTT route before it completes eight weeks of its theatrical release.
