In a shocking development, two Sankranthi biggies RRR and Radhe Shyam have altered the release plans. Neither of these films will be releasing as per schedule.
While RRR is pushed to summer 2022, Radhe Shyam is likely to be pushed to February 2022 release.
The postponement of RRR’s release will be officially announced by the makers later today. This decision is taken in the view of the worrisome spike in Covid cases and the subsequent restrictions imposed by various state governments.
This comes as a major shocker as everyone was hoping to watch two of Tollywood’s big-league pan-India films on the big screens this Sankranthi season.
