Filmmaker Anubhav Sinha, known for making social-issue relevant drama’s roped in Rajkummar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar as the lead for his next venture Bheed, which is socio-political drama set in Lucknow.
Rajkummar took to his social media profile and shared, “And it’s a Wrap #BHEED. Can’t express in words how amazing I felt working with you my dearest @anubhavsinhaa sir. You’re a gem of a person and a genius filmmaker. Iss Bheed Me Ek Bahut Acche Dost Mil Gaye Mujhe! I love you sir”
Helmed by Anubhav Sinha, the film is jointly produced by Bhushan Kumar's T-Series and Anubhav's Benaras Mediaworks, slated for 2022 mid release.
Apart from Bheed, actor Rajkummar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar also part of Badaahi Ho’s spiritual sequel Badhaai Do, which is helmed by Harshvardhan Kulkarni.
Family drama is jointly written by Suman Adhikary and Akshat Ghildial, the film is produced by Junglee Pictures, slated for 4th February 2022 release.
