Turning Mermaid For Dancer Meri Rani Was Challenging Says Nora Fatehi

Mumbai, December 22 (NewsHelpline) – Actor and model Nora Fatehi is ruling the internet with her new song Dance Meri Rani with Guru Randhawa, says the look really stunning but it was the most challenging outfit she has ever put on. 

 

Nora Fatehi and Guru Randhawa are back with a new single, Dancer Meri Rani, the song was released yesterday, and it has racked up 20 million hits with one day. 

 

Nora’s look in the song are talk of the town, especially the one where is donning a stunning, vibrant, and beautiful mermaid outfit. The news was viral that it is the most expensive outfit procured from Paris for the song. 

 

So, the team NewsHelpline asked Nora about the outfit and the story behind it, she said, “There is whole story behind that mermaid outfit, it was flown from Amsterdam, but it got lost in Delhi and the entire team had to track it down. Then came the part where I had to wear it, that outfit is so heavy and itchy, I cannot tell you, the team had to carry me on a trolly for the shoot as it was heavy, and I couldn’t move. Thing became bad, when water got absorbed in it and it weighed ever more, but in the end, it was all worth it because it looks so stunning and beautiful” 

 

Nora also added that she has tried to celebrate her culture, North Africa, by adding detailing and references to the skin tone and over-all look. 

 

She said, “I am North African, and the detailing in my look has a lot of references and details. It is my favorite look. I don’t really see curly hairs being celebrates in India, and as a part of cultural celebration from Africa, I opted to this look, to represent afro-vibes and culture properly” 

 

This is second hit collaboration of T-series, Nora and Guru, earlier the team released Naach Meri Rani.
