Dulquer Salman's Kurup released in theatres on 12th November amidst sky high expectations. The film could only garner lukewarm reviews but it managed to put up exemplary numbers at the ticket counters. The film reportedly grossed over Rs 100 crores worldwide.
Now, Kurup is set to premiere on its digital streaming partner Netflix on the 17th of this month.
Netflix will be officially announcing 17th December as Kurup's premieres date later today.
Kurup is a mysterly thriller directed by Srinath Rajendran. "Sukumara Kurup - a consummate criminal sets out to find a man of similar appearance to falsify his own death and claim insurance money," the film's plot reads.
