Actor turned politician Urmila Matondkar finally tests negative for COVID-19 after contracting the contagious virus two weeks ago.
Urmila took to her social media profile and shard the happy news with her fans. She wrote, “I've tested positive for #COVID19...I'm fine n have isolated myself in home quarantine. Requesting everyone who came in contact with me to get tested immediately...Also humbly request all you lovely people to take care of yourselves during the Diwali festivities...PS- Swipe right to see my only companion in the quarantine”
Furthermore, Urmila shared a video post confirming that she has tested negative and urged everyone to get vaccinated as soon as possible.
"Please get vaccinated fast if you haven't taken it yet. If you have taken only the first dose, then please take the second one too cause if you contract the virus after that then the symptoms for it are minimal. This is the only solution to fight COVID; it gives all the required strength"
"It still hasn't gone from our world. Hence, it's important that as a society, we fight it together. Please get vaccinated as soon as possible and don't step out anywhere without masks."
