Naga Chaitanya, Sai Pallavi, and Sekhar Kammula’s Love Story got off to a bright start at the box office and poster very impressive numbers in the opening weekend.
However, due to the unexpected rains, and subsequent hardships, people didn’t step out to watch the film in theatres in big numbers. So, there was a drop in collections in the first week.
Cut to now, Love Story looks set to overhaul the slump it faced at the box office in the weekdays as it is gearing up for a fruitful weekend.
Love Story is witnessing impressive bookings this weekend and at this rate, the Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi starrer will register a promising second weekend at the box office.
No Telugu film which has released post the Covid second wave has managed to continue its good run after the opening weekend. But Love Story is likely to achieve the same, given the bookings it is registering this weekend.
Sekhar Kammula’s films often tend to click at the box office in the long run and the sensational numbers posted by Fidaa proves the same. He is now hoping that Love Story too will have a fruitful long run at the ticket counters.
Spotless performances from Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi, and sensible narration from Sekhar Kammula are said to have worked very well for Love Story.
