Producer and filmmaker Guneet Monga and actor Pratik Gandhi are collaborating for a short film titled Shimmy.
Pratik Gandhi will star in the short film Shimmy produced by Guneet Monga’s Sikhya Entertainment. The short is written by Rindani along with Jai Mehta, who co-directed Gandhi in his breakthrough project Scam 1992 (2020) on SonyLIV.
The project was announced today on social media by Monga, who also shared photographs of Gandhi and director Disha Niyonika Rindani.
Guneet Monga took to her social media profile and dropped the confirmation the project. She tweeted, “Welcome on board #SHIMMY @pratikg80!! Directed by @disharin, Written by @disharin & @JaiHMehta, Produced by @sikhyaent @RaunaqBajaj #SikhyaShorts”
Actor Pratik Gandhi also expressed his excitement about the project, he shared, “There is no bigger joy for an actor then to be a part of a great story and be in a creative company. Meanwhile on the work front, Pratik Gandhi is will soon be seen in series Six Suspects, along with Richa Chadha.
