BJP Spoke Person Ram Kadam Accuses Maharashtra Government For Protecting Raj Kundra

BJP Spoke Person Ram Kadam hosted a press-conference in Mumbai, accusing Government of Maharasrta for protecting crook like Raj Kundra despite numerour cases and complaints against the businessman.

Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra is currently in a 14-day judicial custody. He was arrested by the Mumbai Crime Branch for production and distribution of pornographic content.

Lately, few actress have come forward and accused Raj Kundra of sexually assaulting and forcing them to work in pornographic videos for another app, HotShots.

Ram said, “A well-known actress filed a complaint, which says that she was physically abused and mistreated (Fraud) by Raj Kundra, that actress filed the complaint, signed the complaint on 14th April in Juhu Police station. The senior PI admits that the complaint was filed, the senior official also admits that the complaint was filed, so I am wondering what happened to that application, why they haven’t moved on that application or took some action, who pressurised that actress?”

“Does Raj Kundra possess that kind of powerful; that he can dupe poor and innocent kids for crore’s of rupees and when a noted Bollywood actress files a sexual assault case against him, no one takes any action? Who is pressurizing not to take action? Which power-sector’s are cultivating crooks like Raj Kundra, we demand answers from Maharashtra Government” claims Ram.

Ram also accused Mumbai Police for not taking any action against Raj Kundra in online-cricket betting scam, which collate upto 3000 cr.

Ram Kadam said, “Raj Kundra under his company Viaan Industries made another app, COD, online cricket betting platform and has scammed people for 2500-3000 crores’. When people realized that they are duped, they visited Raj Kundra’s office and demanded their money back, and all those people were physically beaten. And when these youngster approached Mumbai Police, complaining that Raj Kundra’s is not returning there money, the police didn’t help them. The Mumbai Police which comes under Maharashtra government didn’t help youngster looking for justice. The question is, why didn’t the police act properly, who are these unknown forces which are pressurizing Mumbai police?”
