Minissha Lamba starrer Kutub Minar is breaking boundaries and records. She plays a doctor's wife in the film. The film has been directed by Raaj Ashoo and it stars Trisha Chaudhary, Minissha Lamba, and Karanvir Bohra. The Berlin Indie Film festival has some very reputed names as their jury such as Amelia Antonucci and Italia SF. They focus on new talents and craftsmanship. Kutub Minar had got the distinction of being the Honourary Mention in the Best Feature Film Category 2021. It's a huge thing for an Indian film to travel far and wide and the ripples can be felt everywhere.
We spoke to Minissha Lamba who basks in some of the most coming off age cinema on this and here is what she has to say, "This project makes me feel extremely proud. It's an Indian film from the heartlands and the boundaries it's breaking and the way it's traveling is beyond expectations. We knew we were making something very different but the feedback has been absolutely humbling. It's a great feeling to be part of such a project. I wish to thank everyone associated with the film. It would not have been possible without them. The pandemic is yet not over. Let's not take things lightly. Let's take accountability and get vaccinated whenever the opportunity arises. Even if people get affected after vaccination the effects are far lesser in intensity. It's our best chance against the deadly virus."
We wish Minissha and the team of Kutub minar all the best. We are all moving towards normalcy and news such as this is really heartening and makes us proud as Indians.
