Singer Sudhir Yaduvanshi, who was last seen in the singing show The Voice India, Here he talks exclusively about his singing stint and more.
1.How did you get into singing?
Till the age of 20, I didn't want to pursue my career in singing but I used to sing as a hobby. I took part in an inter-college competition where many singers were singing along with musicians but I was singing alone, but I won the competition. Some of my professors encouraged me to pursue a career in singing because they believed I had the potential in me. Finally, I started my training in classical music for 2 years and further, attending a lot of workshops.
2.What are the albums that you have worked on?
I haven't worked on albums yet but I have worked on singles although they all have been at a lower level. I have done only one song at a higher level and that was in Punjab in January. Other than this, I have worked on jingles for some brands
3.Have you started doing any parallel business in the pandemic in order to sustain?
I haven't worked. Instead, I have tried to make my music better. I have been working on a lot of music and my stories. Music has given me a lot in life such that I am able to survive in a good way. The pandemic has brought a lot of problems with it but it will be okay soon.
4.What are your future plans? Do you want to sing in Bollywood movies or web series?
There are a lot of opportunities now. I am trying my hands everywhere but it has a lot of struggles. And who doesn't want to work in Bollywood?
5. What other projects are you working on?
I have two-three upcoming releases which are delayed because of the pandemic. We are still to shoot the video portion so it will release soon.
