Bhumi Pednekar, who has launched a much-lauded social media initiative COVID WARRIOR, has now teamed up with global spiritual icon Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and his ‘The Art of Living Foundation’ to help aid people suffering from COVID-19 in India under Mission Zindagi intiative.
Sharing the good news, Bhumi Pednekar took to her social media profile and confirmed the first leg of the mission, which is to provide oxygen concentrator buses outside rural district hospital.

‘The Art of Living Foundation’ has launched ‘Mission Zindagi’, a pan-India volunteer driven service initiative for COVID RELIEF. The volunteers have already been serving people and families affected by COVID-19 in several cities across India on a war footing by ensuring that information on availability of hospital beds, oxygen supply, cooked food, doctor consultation and the much needed guidance on mental health reaches the needy on time.
Popular comedian and actor Kapil Sharma is also part of the collaboration.
Meanwhile on the work front, Bhumi has completed shoot with Rajkummar Rao for Badhaai Do, a spiritual sequel to the 2018 comedy Badhaai Ho. She will soon start Shashank Khaitan's spy comedy Mr. Lele produced by Johar, alongside Kaushal and Kiara Advani.
