Shefali Shah started her career in television in 1993. We have seen her in TV shows like Tara, Banegi Apni Baat, Hasratein. Her filmy career boasts of some great movies like 'Satya, Monsoon Wedding' and Dil Dhadakne Do'. It was in the year 2017 she made her web debut with the short film 'Juice' for which she won a Filmfare Award.
Her portrayal of a super-cop in 'Delhi Crime' made her win the hearts of the audience as well as the critics and she proved that she is an actor par excellence. The show won an Emmy last year for Outstanding Drama Series making it the first ever Indian series to win this award. The show has been renewed for a second season with its main cast returning.
The actress was last seen in Karan Johar's 'Ajeeb Daastaans' which is streaming on Netflix currently.
