​Rhea Chakraborty mourns the death of her uncle, urges everyone to stay at home and be safe

Many people all over the world have succumbed to deadly Covid-19. The second wave of the virus has shattered the country and many people have lost their dear ones. Actress Rhea Chakraborty has also lost her uncle to Covid and she wrote an emotional note to bid him goodbye.

Sharing the photo of her uncle, Rhea wrote, "Col. S Suresh Kumar VSM (Retd) 10.11.1968 -1.5.2021 A renowned orthopaedic surgeon, a decorated officer, a loving father and a wonderful human being. Covid took you away, but your legacy continues... Suresh Uncle, you're a real life Hero! I salute you sir. RIP. "

She further added, "I urge you all to please be home and stay safe.Covid doesn't see good or bad."

Some days back, the actress shared a picture of Lord Hanuman on the occasion of Hanuman Jayanti on her instagram and asked his blessings to heal everyone.

On the work front, the actress will be seen in Rumi Jaffery's 'Chehra' which stars Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi in lead roles. The release date of the film has been postponed due to rise in Covid-19 cases.
