​Varun Dhawan Urge Everyone To Contribute Towards Mission Oxygen

After penning a heartfelt on current pandemic and lack of resources, actor Varun Dhawan has kick-started Mission Oxygen, an initiative to provide Oxygen Concentrators to needy.

Varun Dhawan has joined in the battle against the shortage of oxygen. He has partnered with an initiative to provide oxygen concentrators to hospitals across the nation.

Sharing a note on social media, Varun wrote, "During uncertain times like these, our healthcare system needs utmost help. Since we know that oxygen is the need of the hour, I have contributed and partnered with @missionoxygen in their initiative to procure and donate life saving oxygen concentrators to hospitals across the country.

“As a group of 30 something individuals who have managed to step up for the country in this time of need and raise over 21 crores for the procurement of 3900 OCs in under a week. I resonate deeply with their cause and urge everyone to help in whatever capacity possible. The first shipment of oxygen concentrators arrived into the country and have already been allocated arcoss 14 hopsitals”

Meanwhile, Varun will be next seen in Raj Mehta Jug Jugg Jeeyo and the horror comedy Bhediya, directed by Amar Kaushik.

Bhediya is a comedy horror film produced by Dinesh Vijan, pairing Varun with Kriti Sanon in the lead role. The film will release theatrically worldwide on 14 April 2022.
