Former chief of the U.S. Capitol Police, Steven Sund, who also resigned after the attack, and the acting chief of the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia, Robert Contee, will also testify.
Five people died on January 6 when a mob of Trump supporters stormed the building while lawmakers were counting the Electoral College votes from the 2020 presidential election.
