New Delhi, Feb 11 (SocialNews.XYZ) Religare Enterprises Ltd (REL) has appointed Hamid Ahmed, CEO of Hamdard Laboratories India (Foods Division) and and Vijay Shankar Madan, former Director General of UIDAI (Aadhaar), as its Independent Directors
In a statement, Religare Enterprises said that with the induction of two eminent and experienced professionals as independent board members, the Religare Enterprises Board now has five Independent Directors among its seven members.

Shares of Religare Enterprises on Thursday ended at Rs 65.50 on the BSE, lower by 1.65 per cent from its previous close.
