Varun Dhawan Drops The Teaser Of Mirchi Lagi Toh

Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan are all set to add hot spicy tadka this winter with their latest track, Mirchi Lagi Toh, the teaser for the same is out!

With back to back three hit songs, Teri Bhabhi, Husnn Hai Suhaana and Mummy Kassam, the makers are out with first official teaser of the fourth song, Mirchi Lagi Toh, featuring Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan, in a whole new spicy avatar!

Actor Varun Dhawan dropped the teaser on his social media. He captioned it, “Ice cream, bhelpuri, sab kuch lekar ready rehna! We are bringing the #MirchiLagiToh song soon! #CoolieNo1OnPrime, premieres 25th December on @PrimeVideoIN #SaraAliKhan #DavidDhawan @vashubhagnani @jackkybhagnani @honeybhagnani @poojafilms”

Like the earlier track, the song is a reprised version of the original song Mirchi Lagi Toh from Govinda and Karishma Kapoor starrer original Coolie No 1.

The makers have retained the original voices of Kumar Sanu and Alka Yagnik, the new version is composed by Lijo George - Dj Chetas and original composition from Anand-Milind.

The comic caper is helmed by David Dhawan and produced by Vashu Bhagnani. A remake of the 1995 film of the same name which itself is a remake of the 1993 Tamil film Chinna Mapillai, the film also stars Paresh Rawal, Javed Jaffrey, Rajpal Yadav, Johnny Lever, Sahil Vaid, Shikha Talsania, Vikas Verma, Manoj Joshi, Anil Dhawan and Bharati Achrekar in a supporting role.

The film was set to be theatrically released in India on 1 May 2020, but was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was later re-scheduled to release during Christmas on Amazon Prime Video.
