Uppena digital sold to Netflix for a fancy price

Mythri Movie Makers are planning an optimal release date for Vaishnav Tej's 'Uppena' which has been under the wraps for many months now.

The producers want to release the film in theaters and turned down a few direct to digital release offers made by digital streaming platforms.

Now, Netflix is said to have paid a fancy price for the post theatrical digital release rights of Uppena. The exact amount is unknown for now though.

Mythri Movie Makers are planning to release the film in theaters next summer. An official announcement will be made in the early half of 2021.
