Hyderabad: TRS workers celebrate the party’s performance in the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) elections while counting of votes is underway, in Hyderabad on Dec 4, 2020. Ruling TRS continues to maintain the lead in most of the divisions of GHMC despite a tough fight put up by the BJP. Results have been declared for 121 of the 150 divisions. TRS is currently leading the tally, winning 46 seats, followed by the AIMIM which has won 41. The BJP which aspires to emerge as the main challenger to TRS, has won 32 divisions so far.
