KGF famed director Prashanth Neel is collaborating with superstar Prabhas for an action thriller titled Salaar. The first look poster and official confirmation on the project is out.
Actor Prabhas dropped the confirmation and first look poster on his social media. He captioned it, “Today I take a leap into the world of #SALAAR...Shoot commences from Jan 2021. An Indian Film by @hombalefilms @vkiragandur @prashanthneel”
The film is titled Salaar and it will be bankrolled by Vijay Kiragandur of Hombale Films. The first look poster features Prabhas in an intense get-up. It seems his character has a taste for guns and violence.
The makers of Salaar, however, did not reveal details regarding the remaining cast and crew of the movie.

Prashanth Neel will soon release the second instalment of hit franchise KGF, starring Yash. The two-part mob drama became a huge hit nationwide. The KGF 2 will also feature Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon.
On the other hand, Prabhas has a slew of other big-budget movies in the pipeline. He is currently busy shooting for Radhe Shyam. And he has also signed the mythological drama Adipurush, which will be directed by Om Raut.
He also has a film with director Nag Ashwin of Mahanati fame in his kitty. Billed as a science-fiction drama, the movie also stars Deepika Padukone.
