Tisca Chopra Will Make Her Directorial Debut With A Short Film Rubaru

Bollywood actress Tisca Chopra has impressed the audience with movies like Taare Zameen Par, Rahasya, and Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji and has received a lot of love and appreciation over the years. The actress not only appeared on the big screen but was also seen painting her magic on digital platforms. She was seen in a web series titled hostages by Sudhir Mishra with Ronit Bose Roy. The series and her performances were much appreciated.

Tisca after turning producer and writer has now turned into a director. She is making her directorial debut with the short film Rubaru.

The Taare Zameen Par actor shared the release date of the film and penned down a few lines about her character in the film on her Instagram.

Tisca captioned the first look poster, “She is desperate...she is losing everything she has worked for...And her confidence...But is she losing her mind too? #Rubaru... behind the scenes of an actor’s life, the pain behind performance...With @arjunmathur @chitrashirawat...Streaming tomorrow only on the @youtube handle of @largeshortfilms”

Shot over four days prior to the lockdown, the film will be releasing on November 28, 2020.

Rubaru also stars Arjun Mathur and Chitrashi Rawat in pivotal parts. Presented by Fursat Films in association with The Eastern Way Films, Rubaru is produced by Vipul D Shah and Tisca Chopra.
