Actor Bhumi Pedneker who has won the hearts of millions through her versatile acting is also known for her environment protection initiative 'Climate Warrior’. The ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’ actor is feeling quite excited and thrilled as the new logo of her campaign has come out. Bhumi taking to her Instagram handle shared a picture of the logo. In the picture, she is seen flaunting the heart shape green logo, stating My Planet, my heart.
Bhumi wrote, “My Planet, my heart #ClimateWarrior With our new logo out, my excitement levels are high to continue on the path of loving and nurturing our planet, alongside all you climate warriors”
Climate Warrior is a concerted social media and online initiative campaign. Bhumi focuses on awareness building and engaging the people of our country to become more conscious of climate and environment-friendly life choices. The campaign also highlights the work done by tireless environmental activists and citizen groups across India to bring about sustainable change to the environment.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Bhumi will be seen in ‘Durgavati’. It is an upcoming horror thriller film directed by G. Ashok, which is a remake of his own 2018 Telugu-Tamil film Bhaagamathie and starring Bhumi Pednekar as an IAS officer, which was played by Anushka Shetty in the original version.
The film is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Akshay Kumar and Vikram Malhotra under T-Series, Cape of Good Films and Abundantia Entertainment.
The official announcement for the film was made on 30 November 2019. But due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the film will be available to stream worldwide from 11 December 2020 on Amazon Prime Video.
