Actress Malvi Malhotra urges National Commission for Women’s Chairperson Rekha Sharma and superstar Kangana Ranaut to help and support her, issues a video message from hospital.

In a shocking incident, TV actress Malvi Malhotra was injured after a person, known to her, attacked her with a sharp knife late last night. She received three serious wounds and has been admitted at the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai. She is currently out of danger.

Now the actress Malvi has issued a video message for Kangana Ranaut and Rekha Sharma, urging them to help her in this dire situation.

In the video, Malvi is seen saying, “I would like to request Rekha Sharma, who is chairperson of national commission for women, it is my humble request that she looks into this matter and support me. I would like to make a special request to Kangana Ranaut as well; I am also from Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. I didn’t even dream that something like this would happen with me, in Mumbai. Please, help me in this fight, I want you to help and support me in this fight. Thank you so much”

The Mumbai Police has filed an FIR at Versova Police station. The accused, Yogesh Kumar was known to the actor. The two had met each other over a social media platform.

As per reports, yesterday night when the actress stepped out of her home, the accused, who is also a producer, arrived in his car to meet her. When she refused, he attacked her with a knife and fled away.
