Actress Shilpa Shetty Kundra’s son Viaan Raj Kundra dedicated his school project to actor Sonu Sood. ‘Yuva’ actor has proved himself a real-life hero amid the corona virus pandemic as he extended his support to the migrant workers and people who were suffering during the lockdown. Viaan`s project shows the animated version of Sonu making arrangements for two migrant workers to help them reach home.
Shilpa shared a video of the project that her son created on her Instagram handle on Wednesday and wrote a long note, it reads, “Viaan’s school project, dedicated to a true hero @sonu_sood.. Kids are keen observers of all that happens around them. Watching Viaan work on his recent school project reiterated this... The topic for his project was to talk about people who made a difference. With all that has happened in these past few months, hes been observing and admiring all the work that my dear friend @sonu_sood has put in selflessly for the people in need. In times when everyone stayed at home with fear, he decided to be brave and put others pain before his feelings,"
"His brave and relentless service towards migrants who reached out to him really struck a chord with Viaan. So, he worked on this lovely animated video that he conceptualised, wrote, dubbed for, and edited as an ode to this hero (Viaans choice completely). I take immense pride in sharing this one with you all - aproud mommymoment (Remember hes only 8)," she added.
Reacting to this sweet gesture by Viaan, Sood reposted the animated video on his Instagram account and wrote, "Humbled Thank you so much Viaan @theshilpashetty @rajkundra9 our hero Viaan is super talented. So so proud of him. Love him loads."
On professional front, Shilpa is currently in Manali for the shoot of ‘Hungama 2’ which also features Paresh Rawal, Meezaan Jaffrey and Pranitha Subhash.
She will also feature in Sabbir Khan’s upcoming film ‘Nikamma’ aong with Abhimanyu Dassani and Shirley Setia.
On the other hand, Sonu Sood next will be seen onscreen in Yash Raj Films Production’s historical drama film ‘Prithviraj’ along with Akshay Kumar, Sanjay Dutt and Manushi Chhillar.
