Finally some good news for SSR Warriors and late actor’s family, the NCB has arrested Rhea Chakraborty.
The process of Rhea Chakraborty's arrest by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) is complete after three days of questioning in connection with drugs-related allegations in the Sushant Singh Rajput case.
Rhea is the prime accused in the CBI investigation into Sushant Singh Rajput's death on June 14, had denied consuming drugs. Her brother Showik was arrested last week.
The Narcotics Control Bureau started its inquiries based on WhatsApp chats retrieved from Rhea Chakraborty's phone, which revealed conversations around procuring drugs, allegedly for Sushant Singh Rajput.
On Monday, Rhea Chakraborty made an emotional declaration, telling the Narcotics Control Bureau - "Whatever I did, I did for Sushant". But her pleas and emotional outburst didn’t work; the NCB team has arrested her and will grill her further in the case.
It’s been reported that Rhea has named 25 people in drug cartel active in Bollywood, which includes big celebrities, producers and talent managers.
Rhea Chakraborty is being investigated by three central agencies over allegations by Sushant Singh Rajput's family that she and her family exploited the actor for money, mentally harassed him and had a role in his death.
