Digital rights of Keerthy Suresh’s ‘Miss India’ sold to Netflix for Rs 10 crores

The digital streaming rights of Keerthy Suresh's 'Miss India' have reportedly fetched a decent price of Rs 10 crores.

Netflix has acquired the digital rights of the film and an official announcement regarding the release date will be made in the days to come.

This is the first time Netflix has acquired the rights of a mainstream Telugu film which is releasing directly on OTT platforms.

 

Incidentally, another one of Keerthy Suresh's films, 'Good Luck Sakhi' is also gearing up for a direct OTT release. Amazon prime is in pole position to bag the rights of this film.
