Sanjay Dutt Steals The Show In The Trailer Of 'Sadak 2'

The fans waited the whole day yesterday as the team of 'Sadak 2' had promised to share the trailer of their upcoming film on 11 August, but owing to Sanjay Dutt's lung cancer diagnosis, the release got pushed. Well, finally the trailer is here and we must say Sanju Baba completely steals the show. The film looks promising from the trailer!

 

Alia Bhatt shared the trailer of the film on her instagram and wrote, "#Sadak2 Trailer Out Now. Three Streams, Three Stories. One Journey. Watch #Sadak2 Trailer Out Now."

The trailer shows the story of Ravi who has lost his lady love and his interest in life. How one girl comes into his life and they embark on a journey together is the crux of the film. The film stars Sanjay Dutt, Pooja Bhatt, Aditya Roy Kapoor and Pooja Bhatt in lead roles. It is a sequel to 1991 film 'Sadak' which starred Sanjay Dutt, Pooja Bhatt and Sadashiv Amrapurkar in lead roles.

Mahesh Bhatt is returning to direction after 20 years with this film. The film is about how a young girl wants to expose a fake godman running an ashram and how three different lives intermingle because of this. The film produced by Mukesh Bhatt is shot in Ooty, Mumbai, Mysore and Uttrakhand.

Makrand Deshpande is playing the role of Godman in the film. The film also stars Gulshan Grover and Abdul Quadir Amin.

Film will release on 28 August only on Disney+Hotstar.
