Actress Manchu Lakshmi said that everyone should take up the Green India Challenge and plant trees at the call of Hon'ble Rajya Sabha member Santosh Kumar.
Manchu Lakshmi accepted Green India Challenge from Shilpa Reddy and planted seedlings at her residence in Phillaur. Her daughter Nirvana also took part in the event.
She said that she and her father Mohan Babu liked the planting program very much and congratulated MP Santosh Kumar on starting the Green India Challenge.
She challenged designer Neeraja Kona, dancer Sandhya Raju, and actor Sandeep Kishan to take up the Green India Challenge.
