The first look poster for the movie "Dera Diaries" written and directed by Mushthaque Rahman Kariyaden has been released. Film produced by Madhu Karuvath for Forever Friends under the banner of MJS Media. The screenplay and direction are by Mushthaque Rahman Kariyaden. The film has entirely been filmed in the UAE. The movie is all set to release, now that it has completed its post-production.

Although he has donned different roles in Eeda, Anjam Pathira, Yousuf in Deira Diaries would become Abu’s first full-fledged character which sure is going to set the standards afresh. The promising young actor Shalu Rahim comes in the character of Atul in the movie. He made his debut through Kammattipaadam to be followed by Edakkad Battalion, Luka, Maradona, Ottakoru Kamukan, Kali, movies that showcased the glimpses of an upcoming star. Vijay Yesudas, Najeem Arshaad, KS Harishankar and Avani have lent their voice to the beautiful compositions. Pradeep M.P and Sajeedran Puthoor are the art directors. Badusha is the production controller. The costume is handled by Ai Mulamukku and Sajith Abraham. Reju Antony Gabriel is the production controller in UAE.
