Recently the motion poster of the Kannada film “Family Pack” which was released on social media has got tremendous response.
The Kannada film is produced by Superstar Puneeth Rajkumar. The First look motion poster surprisingly became viral on the internet among the Telugu and the Hindi film handles. This seems to be the first single-language release Kannada film which has gotten so much hype outside the Kannada industry.
Many people in the Telugu industry have also reportedly enquired about this movie. The team seems to be excited about all the promotions as they have already gotten inquiries for the sale of digital rights to OTTs.
Looks like this will be the future of regional films since online promotions are playing a key role in movie promotions, the makers of this regional film have strategically promoted in other languages too, they have even promoted the film in Bollywood too, creating interest even in regions they may not release.
Also, the Kannada movie LAW, which again is produced by Puneeth Rajkumar marks the first Kannada film to be directly released on OTT, it is releasing on July 17th.
