Yoga Plays A Vital Role In Building The Immune System Says Riya Sen

Actor Riya Sen might be missing from Bollywood for quite some time. But the actress keeps the temperature soaring by sharing her passion and adoring pictures on social media.

Riya celebrated the International Yoga Day by posting a video performing yoga and Asanas on her Instagram feed.  The actor believes that health is wealth and yoga plays a vital role in developing the immune system.

In her post, she also expressed that the best part of yoga is that it is done without any equipment. In the video as usual Riya is looking quite hot as she stretches out some striking poses of yoga.

Along with the video she captioned her post, “Not too long ago, I took the step of formalising my yoga practice of many years into an official accreditation of becoming a Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Aerial yoga teacher with 350 hours learned in Rishikesh, Bali and Dharamshala. This highly rewarding experience made me realise that yoga is one’s own internal journey that helps you manifest into the best version of physical, mental and spiritual self. Given then unprecedented times, it has become essential to keep one’s self as healthy and immune as possible. Yoga plays a vital role here as its practice is centred around minimalism being that it can be done at home without the use of any equipment.”

Meanwhile, on the work front, Riya was seen in the series ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’ on MX Player OTT platform, the story is based in Benaras and centres mainly around the dissatisfied soul of Surbhi, wife of a shop owner Mohan.

Talking about her upcoming project, Riya will be seen in ‘Rangeela’ which is a Telugu movie also starring Veena Malik, and Aarya Babbar in prominent roles. It is a romance drama directed by Rajiv S. Ruia.
