Urvashi Rautela Says Yoga Personifies Amalgamation Of Mind And Body

Due to the current Coronavirus pandemic, the significance and importance of Yoga in our lives have been enormously hyphenated this year. Given the social distancing norms and other issues, the Government of India has left no stone unturned in its action to support this auspicious day! This time, however, the International Yoga Day is celebrated with the same spirit, and Bollywood diva Urvashi Rautela is also urging all her fans out there to be safe and be Healthy!

''Happy #InternationalYogaDay & #WorldMusicDay 🎧.
Yoga is an indispensable gift of India’s prehistoric heritage. It personifies amalgamation of mind and body, contemplation and action, restraint and fulfillment; euphony between human beings and creation, a holistic approach to health and well-being. It is not about exercise but to discover the sense of unanimity with yourself, the world, and nature. By changing our way of life and creating responsiveness, it can help in welfare.
Music gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination and life to everything.'' Urvashi Rautela said through her Instagram post.
