Madrid, June 16 (SocialNews.XYZ) Maria Alves has signed a new deal wit Juventus Women which will see her at the club until 2021.
The Brazilian joined the Bianconere at the start of the 2019/20 season, where her blazing speed and quick feet saw her earn the nickname Flash 2.0 in honour of her First Team colleague, Douglas Costa, said the club on its official website.
In her 13 appearances in black and white, Maria first got onto the scoresheet on Matchday 3 against Florentina, before going on to find the back of the net against Hellas Verona, Roma, and Tavagnacco in the league, and Fortitudo Mozzecane in the Coppa Italia.
She also featured in the Italian Super Cup final against Fiorentina, where she took home a winner's medal - her first with Juventus.
Maria represented Brazil at the 2012 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup. The 26-year-old made her senior debut in 2017.
