Vijay Deverakonda's next film is under Puri Jagannadh's direction and over 40% of the shoot has been wrapped up already.
However, the latest reports suggest that this film might not resume shoot anytime soon. The reason behind this is that the film has Dharavi slum backdrop and this area is severely affected due to the Coronavirus. The government of Maharashtra will not permit film shootings till things come under control and that might not happen anytime soon.
The makers of Vijay's film will have to wait till further notice and there is no other option left. This might result in an indefinite delay in shoot.
It is being said that Telugu film shootings might resume by the end of July if normalcy is restored by then.
