In this difficult time when the whole world is fighting the deadly corona virus, celebrities from different walks of life are coming forward and pledging their monetarily support to help fight the pandemic.
The Pataudi’s - Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan and their little one Taimur have also pledged their support for the same.
The actress shared the same news on her instagram and wrote, " At difficult time like these, we need to come together and help each other. We both have taken steps to do just that and have pledged our support to UNICEF, GIVE INDIA and The International Association for Human Values (IAHV). We urge those of you who can to do the same. United we stand. Jai Hind. Kareena, Saif and Taimur."
While most of the celebrities have chosen to donate to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's fund, Saif and Kareena have chosen to help the global organisations. They kept the donation amount undisclosed.
Prior to this, Saif's daughter Sara Ali Khan also pledged her support and shared the same on her instagram account. She wrote, "I pledge to donate to the PM CARES FUND and the Chief Minister's Relief Fund (Maharashtra). I urge everyone to do their bit in helping the people of our country. Every contribution counts, and solidarity is our only hope against this pandemic."
Other Bollywood celebrities like Akshay Kumar, Katrina Kaif, Vicky Kaushal, Virat Kohli Anushka Sharma, Alia Bhatt, Kartik Aryan, Rajkummar Rao, Priyanka Chopra Nick Jonas and many others have also donated their money.
Apart from this, Superstars from the South have also given their monetarily support to fight the crisis.
