Kolkata, March 21 (SocialNews.XYZ) The West Bengal government on Saturday decided to defer the ongoing state Higher Secondary Examination till April 15 in view of the coronavirus pandemic.
As a result, the Class 12 examinations scheduled for March 23, 25 and 27, have been cancelled.
According to the West Bengal Council for Higher Secondary Examination, the examinations stand deferred till April 15. The new exam schedule would be prepared mid April.
Over nine lakh candidates are appearing for the examinations.
