Mohit Suri announced the second instalment in Ek Villain franchise with John Abraham, Aditya Roy Kapur and Disha Patani in the lead roles, and now Tara Sutaria joins the ensemble.
The official handle of Balaji Motion Pictures dropped the confirmation on entire ensemble and deeds of the film. Newbie Tara Sutaria has been cast opposite Aditya Roy Kapur in Ek Villain sequel. Disha Patani will be seen romancing John Abraham. Tara's character in Ek Villain sequel will be in the Gone Girl space. She will play a singer in the film.
With this franchise, Mohit is looking to explore the dark side of human behaviour and continue with it in the future. The film is the sequel to 2014 film Ek Villain, which starred Shraddha Kapoor, Sidharth Malhotra and Riteish Deshmukh in the lead roles.
Tara Sutaria also got Tadap in the pipeline as well, the upcoming romantic action film is directed by Milan Luthria and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. The film marks debut of Ahan Shetty, son of Suniel Shetty, is a remake of 2018 Telugu film RX 100.
