Did Lots Of Research With Real Cops In Making ‘Sooryavanshi’, Says Rohit Shetty.

Director Rohit Shetty has linked the world of ‘Singham’ and ‘Simmba’ and his upcoming cop film ‘Sooryavanshi’ creating his own cop universe in Bollywood. The director stated that, while making the film ‘Sooryavanshi’, the real cops were very cooperative and supportive. They were always ready to lend a hand.

Expressing his views on the same, Rohit said, “We have done lots of research with the real cops, while making this film. After the release, in the film you will get to see their names on the screen.  Nowadays it has become the brand of cops. We just have to say that we want to make a film on cops, they just come and guide us in every way.”

When asked Rohit about the challenging part in directing in film 3 different characters, on this he said, “To direct any actor or character was not challenging at all.  In fact, the challenging part was to give the audience something new. As the audience have already seen my film ‘Singham’ and ‘Simmba’. But If I will give something new in ‘Sooryavanshi’, then only the mass audience will get entertained.
’Sooryavanshi’, directed by Rohit Shetty and produced by him and Karan Johar. The film features Katrina Kaif, Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar and Ranveer Singh in the lead roles.It is scheduled to release on 27 March 2020.
