‘Hera Pheri 3’ will not be made if Akshay Kumar is not part of it says Suniel Shetty

Actor Suniel Shetty, who featured in comedy films ‘Hera Pheri’ and ‘Phir Hera Pheri’ along with Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal, has said that ‘Hera Pheri 3’, will not be made if Akshay Kumar will not be part of it.

Suniel Shetty was interacting with the media at a promotional event on Thursday in Mumbai.

There were certain media reports that Akshay Kumar will not be a part of ‘Hera Pheri 3’, when a reporter asked Shetty about it, he said, “Who told you Akshay is not there? How do you know so much about it? ‘Hera Pheri 3’ will not be made if Akshay will not be in it.”

Suniel Shetty last seen in a Kannada film ‘Pailwaan’ and Tamil film ‘Darbar’ along with Rajinikanth, talking about his recent choice of films, Shetty said, “I am in a different and in a comfortable zone. I am trying to do different kind of films. I am doing age appropriate roles which I feel it is really important. I am not competing with anybody and I am in my own world which is something that I am very happy about. I think it is important to know and understand your age and to know success and failure so, it’s going good.”

Shetty added that he is also excited about his son’s Hindi film debut, he said, “I am also excited that Ahan will start his journey probably in middle of this year. So, I am super-excited about everything. There is light in my life.”

Talking about his upcoming film ‘Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham’, Shetty said, “It is being made in five languages and it is directed by Priyadarshan. It’s a multi-starrer film and I am very excited about it because it is one of the biggest canvases you will ever see on Indian screen. It’s a period film, it’s big and different. I am sure people will like and appreciate it.”

The film is scheduled to be released worldwide on 26 March 2020.
