Netflix Drops The Letter For The King Trailer

After The Last Kingdom, Outlaw King, The King, digital giant Netflix has released the trailer of The Letter for the King.

 

The period adventure series, chronicles a 16-year-old aspiring knight Tiuri finds himself on a perilous mission to deliver a secret letter to the King who lives across the Great Mountains.

The coming-of-age adventure television series developed by Will Davies and FilmWave for Netflix based on the Dutch book De brief voor de Koning by Tonke Dragt.

A young knight-in-training, Tiuri (Wilson), who’s tasked with delivering a precious letter to the king which affects the entire kingdom and thousands of lives, the young knight along with his team takes on road to deliver that letter.

There’s a ruthless prince, who possess special powers which controls fire and and a secret power within Tiuri that reveals itself as he and a band of other young heroes band together to embark on this quest.

The series stars Amir Wilson, Gijs Blom, Ruby Ashbourne Serkis, Nathanael Saleh, Thaddea Graham, Islam Bouakkaz, Jack Barton, Jonah Lees, Jakob Oftebro, Yorick van Wageningen, Emilie Cocquerel, Ken Nwosu, Peter Ferdinando, Kemi-Bo Jacobs, David Wilmot, Tawfeek Barhom and Omid Djalili.

The six-episode series is set to be released March 20, 2020.
