Disaster strikes Kamal Hassan and Shankar's Indian 2 movie unit. The accident happened while constructing a set in Poonamale.
As per the latest reports 3 people dead in a mishap with the crane at EVP Film City. 9 plus people are injured badly as per those reports.
As per the new update, Director Shankar is doing fine and is not injured as was reported early.
Production assistant Madhu who is aged 29, Assistant Director Krishna aged 34 and Chandran (Art Assistant) is no more say sources. May their souls Rest In Peace!
Kamal Haasan was on the spot. He arranged for everyone to be taken to the hospital immediately and has made sure that the remaining cast and crew are safe.
