Workouts make you feel positive and motivated, says Sara Ali Khan.


Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan's transformation from 96 kgs to a slim body has stunned many. The weight loss journey hasn't been an easy one for Sara. The actress who worked really hard to shed those extra pounds says that workouts not only changes the looks but also the mental health of a person.

Sara Ali Khan was interacting with the media on Saturday in Mumbai.

Expressing on the same, Sara said, "It's very important to keep balance, while doing any workouts. As workout is very essential, it not only changes your looks, but also your mental health. But you don't have to work very hard. Just keep in mind that for sure you do workouts atleast for one hour a day. You will automatically feel better from inside.

Once you get a positive feeling you feel more motivated. You will try to do things much better in your life. I think eating healthy, sleeping on time, doing workouts, drinking plenty of water and the most important thing not giving up, will keep you healthy, added Sara."

On the work front, Sara Ali will be seen pairing with Kartik Aaryan in the romantic drama film 'Love Aaj Kal', helmed by Imtiyaz Ali, produced by Homi Adajania, Dinesh Vijan. It is scheduled to release on 14 February 2020.
