Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh chief joins AAP

New Delhi, Feb 3 (SocialNews.XYZ) Devraj Bhadana, the President of the Delhi unit of Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS), on Monday joined the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) along with his supporters.

Welcoming him to the party, AAP leader Sanjay Singh said, "BMS is an RSS affiliate and an important part of the BJP."

Singh said that BMS is BJP's labour organisation.

The BMS has put a list of demands before the AAP and the party has promised to consider them after the Assembly election results are announced on February 11.

"The policy of select and pick should be stopped in vacancies. Verification of Delhi Jal Borad (DJB) officials should be stopped. Promotion of all officials of all cadre should be initiated," the BMS demanded.

Addressing the media, Badhana said that AAP is the only party which has cared for the labourers of Delhi.

"The Congress and the BJP have looted the poor labourers. AAP is the first political party which raised the minimum wage to Rs 14,000. When I met (Arvind) Kejriwal and discussed our problems, he assured us that all our demands will be met. We want AAP to form the government in Delhi because we have witnessed the works done by Kejriwal."

The 70-member Delhi Assembly will go to the polls on February 8, while the results will be declared on February 11.
