Writer-director duo – Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari and Nitesh Tiwari – are all set to explore a heroic tale of brave Indian army warriors, titled Siachen Warriors.
Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh dropped the deeds on the film. He tweeted, “IT'S OFFICIAL... Dangal famed Nitesh Tiwari and Panga famed Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari will collaborate with Mahaveer Jain for this project. Though, Siachen Warrior is just the working title, but the film has been confirmed and other details will be unveiled soon.
The Nit Battey Sannata filmmaker Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari just took to her social media profile and confirmed. She tweeted, “Blessed that we are able to tell stories of unsung heroes of our beloved India. Proud to be a part of Sanjay Shetty’s dream film #SiachenWarriors [working title] @earthskynotes @sundialent @OpticusInc #SiachenGlacier #Siachen”
The film will be directed by Ad filmmaker Sanjay Shekhar Shetty. It is written by Piyush Gupta and Gautam Ved. The film will be based on a true story. The cast details are yet under wraps.
Apart from Saichen Warriors, director Ashwini Iyer Tiwari is all set to make a film on the lives of Infosys founder NR Narayana Murthy and his wife Sudha Murthy.
