​Himesh Reshammiya To Collaborate With Javed Akhtar On Namastey Rome

Just yesterday Himesh Reshammiya starrer Happy Hardy and Heer released in theatres and singer turned actor is out with confirmation on yet another romantic caper, titled Namastey Rome.

Himesh Reshammiya is all set to star in his next titled ‘Namastey Rome’ which is a love story based on a real incident. Not only does it mark as Himesh’s next movie but it also is the reunion of Himesh Reshammiya and Javed Akhtar who will be contributing to the project as a lyricist.

Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh dropped the first look poster of the film. He tweeted, “#Announcement: #HimeshReshammiya to star in #NamasteyRome... Love story based on a real incident... Reunites Himesh and lyricist #JavedAkhtar for its music... Directed by Rajesh Sethi... Shooting starts this Summer in #UK... A top star will feature in a special role.”

Himesh Reshammiya has already made his name and has achieved his share of fame in the music industry and now he is planning to make a name for himself in acting. Other details about the projects are still under wraps and will be announced shortly, but the film has been confirmed with the title.

In April 2019, it was confirmed that Himesh Reshammiya will be back on-screen with the film Main Jahaan Rahoon, the film was named after the famous song "Main Jahaan Rahoon" from the film Namastey London, which was composed by him, besides he will be collaborating again with lyricist Javed Akhtar in the film since they worked together in Namastey London, but apparently the film has been titled Namastey Rome.
