After enthralling the audience with their comic timing and honest tears, the makers of Good Newwz confirms that the film is slated to release in Hong-Kong on coming 13th Feb 2020.
The official handle of Dharma Productions just dropped a Chinese poster of the film, and confirmed that the film will hit the cinema halls overseas on 13th Feb. It said, “Bringin’ out all smiles, lots of laughter & a bunch of #GoodNewwz! Helmed by debutante filmmaker Raj Mehta, the film stars Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani in the lead roles, the film revolves around two couples tryst with in vitro fertilisation.
The film is bankrolled by Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Hiroo Yash Johar, Shashank Khaitan and Aruna Bhatia under their respective banners Dharma Productions and Cape of Good Films. It was theatrically released in India on 27 December 2019.
Good Newwz racked up a whopping 317.32 crore and has become the fifth highest grossing Bollywood film of 2019, and now it’s ready for Hong Kong release.
Apart from releasing Good Newwz overseas, Dharma productions will soon venture into horror genre with Bhoot Part 1 – The Haunted Ship.
Akshay Kumar will soon be seen in Sooryavanshi, which is helmed by Rohit Shitty and co-produced by Dharma. The film also stars Katrina Kaif, Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn.
