Superstar Akshay Kumar along with Dhanush and Sara Ali Khan will be seen sharing screen space for the first time in Aanand L Rai's new film Atrangi Re. The film has been announced with its principal cast along with first look and release date.
The official handle of Colour Yellow Productions dropped back to back four different look posters for the film. The film is bankrolled by Bhushan Kumar and Aanand L Rai. The music maestro AR Rahman has been roped for score. The film is written by Himanshu Sharma and the film starts rolling on coming 1st March 2020.
South superstar Dhanush was last seen in Raanjhanaa with Sonam Kapoor and Abhay Deol, interestingly the film was helmed by Aanand L Rai. This will be Dhanush’s first Hindi film after 2015 Shamitabh wherein he featured alongside Amitabh Bachchan and Shruti Haasan.
Akshay’s last release, Good Newwz, has crossed the coveted Rs 200 crore mark. The film starred Diljit Dosanjh, Kareena Kapoor and Kiara Advani, alongside Akshay and talked about couples trying to have children via IVF. He now has Rohit Shetty’s Sooryavanshi, Bachchan Pandey and Laxmi Bomb, apart from others, lined up for release soon.
Sara Ali Khan is currently promoting Love Aaj Kal opposite Kartik Aaryan.
